[AJD] 2 cyl diesel won't start

[dhinds at stny.rr.com]

Yes, Charlie, it is running!!!
As suspected, it turned out to be as simple as air in the injector system.
I had seen a clear flow of fuel at the filters, but after removing plug today
on the injector pump assy, and letting it flow, perhaps a pint, it burped a little air
and the flow increased.  Put plug back and it fired up right away.
Thanks to all for your help.
