Gents, Thanks so much for all of the suggestions.  I really appreciate your
giving me some different options.  Getting this fixed doesn't seem like as
daunting a task as it did before.  I can only imagine how much a 2" tap
would cost.  I like the 2X6" nipple "chaser" suggestion and will give that
a try first.  If that doesn't work I'll try to find someone with a 2" tap.
