Yes, ethanol is hard on rubber hoses seals etc. If you can avoid it with small engines you will save yourself some headaches. This past winter, I have never had so many problems with the fuel systems in my chainsaws. Turns the rubber to goo.

Dan, Thanks for posting that link. I found a place downtown here that 
I pass often (like tomorrow!) and I need gas for the small engines here.

Is non-alcohol gas better for my Cub Cadet garden tractor???
