No.  You're thinking of Union.

Unionville is ~10 miles south of the Iowa line on Hwy 5.  As mentioned I-80 to Hwy 5 South is the route to take.

This is an extra bad time to go through the Lou anyway.  Major construction on I-64 West on the Missouri side of the river.
Avoid if at all possible.

Uhh, I drive between Evansville, Indiana, and the Akron, Ohio, area rather often, and would recommend I-80, I-76, I-71, I-64, I-51, Il-13.  The problem is that roads get hard to come by when you want to cross the Mississippi river. You might head west past Carbondale to Il-3, and cross at Cape Girardeau. 

If you "just gotta go through St. Louis", then take I-64 all the way to I-55 south, and follow that down to the Unionville turn off.

I don't know for sure where Unionville is but i went 70 towards Missouri. maybe 80 to 76 to 71 south to 70 west? What does mapquest suggest? Doug T
