Yes, don't forget to drill the extreme end of the crack with a small (1/16" or so) bit and 'v' out the crack slightly to allow the J-B in.  You are trying to glue the crack and not just cover it up.  Then you should be in tall cotton.  I'm thinking you have plenty of structual strength left, these things were plenty over-built.

I think this tractor is ok, just JBweld the water jacket cracks. It is on a
Farmall 100. The concern is if there is enough strength front to back to
avaoid re-cracking. Any thoughts?
