Hi Ralph,
On your Mcormic that is seazed, have you tried putting some decel in
the pistons and or the cylinders, and letting it sit for a few months?
On your pull start case, how about getting yourself a battery and
using that battery to recharge the mag?
Just thought I'd give you some helpful hints.
