[Farmall] New Manifold for 1949H

Tim,

I am sorry to hear about your manifold.  My favorite parts source is 
Joe's Farmall in PA. This number will get you straight to Frank, who 
runs the business now; 1-814-229-0557. Frank can get you a quality new 
manifold or a used one, depending on what you prefer, for a very decent 
price.

Like Jim Becker said, the hold is for vacuum.  On my 1945 A, the holes 
had to be plugged to use the Pneumatic Lift-All.  The holes on my Super 
A are closed by rust.  Incidentally, the A (C-113 engine) manifold also 
has the slots in the stud holes.  Someone else will have to chime in to 
explain why!

I do have a good manifold off an A, but that probably can't help you.
