Wasn't Leroi the manufactur of engines for cement mixers in the 40's-50s'?  Mabe a source of parts or information.

Rare tractor.  I hope someone snaps it up.  It's probably worth about $500 
for scrap at todays prices.

This For Sale ad in todays GA Farmers Market Bulletin:  1949 Leroi tractor 
with front loader, running when parked but skipping, scrapping if not sold 
soon,  $800 OBO.  Stanley Hanson, Blue Ridge,  706-340-2574. If interested, 
call Stanley as I do not know any more than what the ad states (except Blue 
Ridge is in northcentral GA, about ten miles from TN line).  Herb
