[Farmall] implement colors

There is no stock answers to this question.  Usually Farmall would use blue.  However nothing much went to waste back then.  So, what ever paint was left over from a certain run it was mixed with other left over paint.  Also a dealer had the option of changing paint color to go with the dealership color scheme.  I usually say use Royal Blue and the correct police cannot can't argue.
