I would avoid that like the plague!!  Show me a name address and phone  
number.  Never new you could have a Pay Pal and account but not have access  to 
your bank!?!?!  Why would you care if the shipper can ship anywhere in  the 
world.  Definitely not the typical English language usage says I want  to 
buy it!?!?!??
