[AT] Posting to list problems

It appears Rupert is having problems posting to the list like others of us 
did early in the year.
I cc'd this to Spencer but would appreciate it if someone would help him.

I tried sending a message to Spencer about my problem but my messages
must hit his spam folder. I would appreciate it if you would let Spenser
know that I can't post messages. I can't get past the sign in on the
info page  either.
