[AT] 3pt hitch lower arms

I have one of those quick hitch attachments
<http://public.fotki.com/mikesloane/international_240u/240uwithwoodsmower4.html>,
and it is great. But there is one limitation: if your implement's pin
distance isn't very close to the specification for Cat I/II, it won't
work. I have a very nice platform lift that is just an inch too wide to
be used with the quick hitch. (Fortunately, it is no major effort to
hump the platform into position, but it still means dropping the quick
hitch when I want to use it.) As noted in the image, it will add about
4" to the distance between the tractor and the implement, so that can be
good or bad. Mine came from Northern.

My neighbor's Ford 5600 and my Farmall 706 both have the adjustable
ends, and they make a world of difference. But they both have Cat II
hitches. Herb didn't say what tractor he needed the capability for.
