[AT] Loader removal - 53 NAAcFord

Got the steering column and box off. More water than oil came out.  Not a 
single bearing turns free or smooth.  Have not got the shaft out of the 
column.  It is really rusted solid.  The only place they didn't use a bronze 
bushing.  I'll have some better eyes look at it tomorrow.

On my TO 20 with the same type problem it was a bad bearing on the
steering worm.
