You might check with these guys.  Never bought from them but I do see them advertised alot.  Located in a pretty small town in Nebraska

I have never dealt with them, but note the slightly used or new, and the 
buffed tires.  Buffed means the sellers name has been ground off, and 
there is no warranty.  Probably no problems, but if you happen to be the 
one in a thousand that has a problem you are on your own.  At those 
prices though you cannot go to far wrong.
