Alan,  I believe the original dimensions were 4.00-15 but probably other similar sizes work and look good.  If you have a TSC or other farm store in the area, you probably can get them there.

I have a 1940 Farmall B with a great wood splitter but the front tires are car tires.
Will one of you please tell me what size ribbed tires it should have?
It does appear to have original 15" rims on it.
 
Also, Where is a good place to buy them from?
