Don i have never seen one striped off like that.Saw a shaft smaller that 
drove a hy pump.Had been mounted so it went n-s-e-and west. Left shaft 
looking that way. Do you have some one that can build it up and re cut. Or 
replace with new. I say you have your hands full.
