That little incident happened about two hours drive from here.  I guess the 
guy has issues with drugs and booze and had just had another episode with 
the local PD which resulted in him being beat and battered a mite.  Seeking 
revenge he "borrowed" a tractor and did his Bigfoot imitation on the 
sherriff's dept. cruisers.  He will probably have time to dry out and get 
straight before he sees the light of day again.

Flippin' loser shoulda been shot and saved us a bunch of money!
