[AT] Oliver S55 oil filter seal

    Alan;

    That should be a partial flow oil filter and only has oil flow from the 
pressure relief valve. Remove the filter adapter off the engine and check to 
see if the return passage is blocked back to the crankcase. Had a Case VA 
that was completely plugged there.
