I'm only familiar with the bigger Case tractors like my 730 and up. They 
all had the Bosch injection pumps so I guess there is not much in common 
with the one you are working on. Mine all had 3 filters for the fuel. 2 
primary (ball of string) filters, and then a final (expensive) sealed 
filter unit up front above the injection pump. I only remember having to 
bleed the filters, nothing else.
I was going to look in my 730 manual for a clue but I don't think it 
would help your situation much with your roosa master pump.
