[AT] Brush hog question

Thanks for the information guys, I like the chain thorugh a pipe idea, flexibilty with a fail safe, Steve what length of pipe do you use relative to the overall length of the chain?

I have two 5' brush cutters, one a Brush Hog and the other a King 
Kutter, both bought used. The King Kutter uses a chain for the top link 
and the Brush Hog has a chain from the top link mounting point to the 
back. Both work well in these hilly Ozarks.
