Bo, I think I'm missing something. How do you separate the shells from the
meat? Hook that thing to your impact wrench and you can set a nut speed
record!

This isn`t tractor related , but , this has been my fall project .
I thought I would tell the world what I have been doing lately ( besides
going to doctors ) .We had an abundance of pecans this year ( first time )
and there were so many , I decided to build a nut cracker to speed up the
process of pealing them . I used all scrap parts so didn`t purchase
anything except purple & gold paint which is L.S.U.colors and for those of
you that doesn`t follow football ( remember , I`m from south louisiana ).
After a couple of days at hard work , it finally came together and works
like a charm . Will crack 5 gallons of pecans in 8 minutes and is done by
hand . I now have the decals made for it which will turn it into my
L.S.U. nut cracker . It works just like the football team , you feed the
nuts to it and they come out in pieces .Click below link to see photos .

What a great life ( and football team )
