[Farmall] 656 governor surging

Thanks for your reply.
Do you mean the adjustment screw that sets the maximum the governor can
open the throttle? Or, the fine thread bolt near the bottom on the back?
I only see one spring that goes between the bellcrank and the governor
level on mine. If you have a digital camera, would you mind taking a
picture showing the anti-surge spring on yours?
