[AT] AC WD 45 in a junkyard

Dropped a few things off at one of the local junkers yesterday.

There was a complete looking AC WD45 (pretty sure, didn't get close to it),
except missing the wheels.  Lots of paint on it.

I asked about it, junker said "It's junk, seized up!".

ie, somebody might need to soak it for a while to get it going, or a lot of 
useful parts.

Didn't ask price.
