[AT] tires with tubes

    The safety reason is that they just plain don't know how.

    Have a good tire store here in Bellefontaine who will work on the older 
tires and most any farm tire. Carries inner tubes for about any tire. Have 
even gotten some odd sizes like the 26x12.50x12 flotation tires on my dump 
trailer. They had them in stock.
