[Farmall] Farmall C

I have a 1949 Farmall C that I am parting out. Today while taking some parts 
off to sell I noticed something I never seen on any other C or Super C 
before. On the deck plate or tranmission cover, there are numbers in the 
casting that are .USRC.  Does anyone know what this is?? I thought maybe it 
was a Military tractor at one time maybe?? Thanks, Kevin from Dayton Tractor
