[AT] Hydraulic oil vs. motor oil

I have a leak between the power steering pump and the engine block on my Case 430 industrial.  I have about two hours of run time left before I finish the project I'm working on.  Will it hurt the engine if I keep using it knowing that the engine oil is getting contaminated by hydraulic oil?  I can tear it all apart before I finish, but I'd really like to get this project done first.
