Update on my Case.  It has been repowered in the past and I was under the 
impression that it had a Kohler motor in it but after some research I've 
determined that it is an Onan.  Just not
the Onan that came in it.  I have no idea what HP it is but it's larger 
physically than the 16 hp Onan that was OE.

A friend of mine has one of these (not certain of the model). He used it for
the pull back tractor for the lawn and garden pull our club used to put on.
He used to pop some really nice wheelies to entertain the crowd. Finally he
blew the engine--I don't think he ever repaired it.
