[AT] OT generator maintenance

I've done a bit of small engine repair, and the biggest problem with sitting
equipment is varnish in the carb.  Same with old tractors, too.  Since those
wonderful folks in Washington forced us to add ethanol, the carbs constantly
get clogged with gasoline varnish.  The only way to prevent the varnish is
to completely drain the tank, leaving only enough to start the engine, then
let the system run dry.
