I would run a guitar string through the jets and passages. Then make 
sure that the gaskets are correct. Had an small engine a few years ago 
that a guy rebuilt that would run for less than a minute and died. 
Turned out that one of the fuel passages was partly blocked by a miss 
punched hole.
