[AT] paint for rusty surfaces

I've got a couple pieces of equipment I would like to paint without turning them into a major project. Too much time and money to sandblast, wire brush, use rust converter or even primer for that matter. The only prep I want to do is pressure wash. Any industrial paints out there that work well for this type of situation? Obviously I just want to protect from further rusting and don't care about what it looks like.
