LOL!  If you put ANYTHING on-line, you have already relinquished ownership and control of it regardless of whether or not you have to pay for the use of the site where it's located.  This is one of the things that held my interest in the discussions I heard over the weekend.  Heirs are now wanting to access items that an ancestor has posted, and the web sites are saying, "Now wait just a minute....."
