[Farmall] IH accounting anyone?

Jim et al, Yep, I remember. I purchased an essential four function Texas Instrument in 1973 and paid $75 for it. It has square root on it. Still got it...no longer works and is an antique. Can get a calculator now with the same functions as a give-away! So much for the good old days.

Interesting. That was 1974, when calculator prices were dropping like a
rock. By the time that ad was printed, $38 was probably overpriced. I
doubt they got much response.

Look at this item on eBay. Zoom in on the 4th page. I never knew IH
marketed calculators--check out those prices. From looking at the ad theses
did not have an IH logo on them. I can only imagine what one would be worth
today if it did! I asked dad if he remembered the dealer he worked at
selling them, he never heard of that sales promotion.
