I belive it would be the same as the belt, many of the older tractors did not 
have PTOs so the belt was used instead.

I've never had the opportunity to hook my 1949 H up to a dynamometer.  Specs
list the horsepower at 25.5 at the drawbar and 27.9 at the belt.  Anybody
care to take a stab at what the horsepower measured at the PTO is likely to
be?  Just curious.  Thanks, Tim
