Yes, expensive but it's better than being stranded in a place where they
roll up the streets at dark and there isn't a telephone for miles.
The last time I had to do that was at a country store where he had his
kerosene in a cube shaped tank out front with a hand crank on it.
10 gals and a couple of quarts of oil will get you back close to
civilization in an unloaded truck. Of course if you tried to run that in a
2010 model road tractor
the computer would probably shut it down because of the emissions.
