please explain to this city boy what a short line dealer is. I've heard the 
term before but never asked anyone what it meant.

Dick,
     I think you will find that thing will do just fine at your place.
I like the 4 paddles.  Very similar to my 74 inch Buhler, now called
Allied Farm King.  It was supposed to have 3 paddle fan, but I special
ordered the 4 paddle as that is what the next larger unit used.  No
regrets and now I think that is all that is available.  It works just
fine.  You will be happy, I'm thinking.  Mine is old enough that it
actually was made in Canada and sold through their network out of Fargo,
ND.  I bought it from a short line implement dealer locally 7 or 8 years
ago for about the same money as you paid now.
