Just wait longer.  The blank page will be the catalog after it is finished
downloading.

Duane,

I followed your directions to the letter and when the downloading takes 
place for the model 420, all that comes up is a blank page.  I tried it 
several times, closing out the website and then signing in again.  Same 
results both times.  Oh, well.
