[AT] Off Topic, Meyers versus Western Snow Plows on 1985 F250?

Hello, 

I'm looking for a plow for my old 1985 F250 Ford Diesel Truck. 

I've found 2 somewhat near me. A Western about 20 miles away, owner says its off a 1984 F250 and that he has several other F250's with Meyers and he wants them all the same. 7' 6" blade. I know the 1984 F250 is essentially the same as a 1985. 

The other is a 7ft Meyers about 40 miles away off of a 1986 F250. 

Both owners are asking $500. 

I'm leaning for the closer Western plow. Is there a big difference between both of the plows? Is $500 a fair offer?
