Mike it's a change in OSHA regulations.  Boom truck operators and "Lull" or 
extend a boom fork lifts are included I believe.  Not sure about the Lull 
but a metal building contractor friend of mine told me about the boom truck 
deal back in the summer.  He's already getting his guys trained.
