LOL!  If your ISP offers webmail service, I highly recommend it.  That way, all the filtering of spam, viruses, etc, is their responsibility, and the interface you have with your computer is the same everywhere in the world.  I'm on the road enough that this is important for me, but even for a stationary system the advantages of webmail make it worthwhile.
