Frank,
Try and find out what the mix design is, whether it is a 2500lb, or a 3000lb 
mix. Proper mix designs achieve 75% of their mix design compressive strength 
in 7 days. Any auto or pickup driven on it in seven days will be fine. At 5 
days you will be ok also as the weight distribution of 4 wheels is less than 
the comprssive strength of the concrete at 3 days.
