Well, FBHV is an "HV", not an H.  Dad had an owners manual for the H & 
HV, but I don't remember if the HV was a high-crop version or steel 
wheels.  (80% High Crop)

SH is Super H, but SBK is an M, so it's apparently just some bean 
counters madness....
