[AT] OT excavator to drive posts

Have set posts with a tractor and loader. Pushing with the flat part of
the bucket, we bent a lot of posts. Always thought if you make a pipe
adapter with a cap welded on the end and mounted to the bucket or loader
arms would make a good way to set the posts.
