FOB means Free On Board at the shipper. It's an old freight hauler term..
Freight Prepaid is the term we use nowadays.

Yes, John, that does indeed make sense. I was trying to figure out what 
"FOB" was, thinking that it was an abbreviation for something (we used 
to see that on shipping documents, but I knew it wasn't that).
