I've always found it sad that many people don't read/understand their  
health insurance policies BEFORE they need the benefits therein! Many  
people THINK that their insurance will cover ANY illness they have and  
that they can go to ANY doctor they want. Then when the policy does  
not cover such events they condemn the insurance company instead of  
realizing that it is THEY who are at fault! It's much like the people  
who did not read their mortgage papers and then complain when the bank  
foreclosed on their home because they could not make the payments!
