Yes, regular 50/50 antifreeze mix will be just fine.

Yes, regular unleaded is just fine.

Just about anything in the hydraulic as long as it's OIL.  Originally these
used just standard engine oil, then as hydraulics evolved they began using
the available special hydraulic oils.  You can use about any combination you
want.  Special hydraulic oils are a little less prone to foam if you use it
heavily.
