[Farmall] 39 A: Crankshaft pulley with setscrew!

prepare some spacers so the thick part of the hub takes the force, and a 
piece of 1/2 inch threaded rod size of hole  in center of crank). with a 
couple of washers with a little of grease or antiseize on them.  put the 
pulley in boiling water about 20 minutes, and while still hot pull it on 
with a nut on the threaded rod.
