no the  SUV  would have  been  pulled out   and   kid  ran off  if  I 
hadn't got there when I  did..   some 'helpful' neighbors were going to just pull 
him out   and send him on is way......   never  thinking for a minute about 
 WHAT  or  Why...   but  if   my  Dad or  I'd been in there they'd just  
blow right on past    jokeing  that those fools  dont even know where their
