Been doing some odd and end old-age repairs to dad's 4020. Pulled all the 
sheet metal off to give it a good washing--needed to change the thermostats 
anyway. Happened to notice a large metal ring dangling from the water pump 
pulley. The tractor has managed to run enough hours that the belt wore 
through the pulley and the back half broke off. That's a new one to us. Even 
the guys at the parts counter had never seen that before. Considering how 
much a new pulley costs I ought to send the old one back as a warranty 
claim!
