[Farmall] "H" running a little rough

Like all (non-electronic) ignition systems, the usual suspect is
moisture that condenses inside the distributor, and outside on the
Bakelite cap. What happens is that the moisture provides an electrical
path either to ground or between the towers. Those old ignition systems
just don't have enough power to overcome the leakage paths. Very often,
cleaning the inside and outside of the cap thoroughly with a clean dry
rag (or spraying with "moisture repellent") will solve the problem.
