[AT] Old Spark plug / Glow Plug help needed

I have an Allis Chalmers 190XT Diesel that has an Autolite PW12-3 12 volt 'manifold heater' that I need to replace. Autolite has not made one of these critters for about 10 years now.  

   This is a pre-heater that heats an aproximately 3" electrode that protrudes into the intake manifold to assist in starting.  No fuel is added to the plug so it is not the style that builds a little fire in the intake like a lot of pre-heaters do.  

   Anway, I need one. I am hoping some of you old spark plug guys can help me out.
